Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 2026
Strict Sensitive Identifier Redaction Protocol
Please review this agreement carefully before utilizing our framework modules, registration portals, or decentralized configuration panels. Your continued access implies an absolute acknowledgment of these operational structures.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with this application, managing server-side modules, or interacting with our phonetic matrix interfaces, you implicitly agree to be strictly bound by these terms. If you do not accept these operational limits, you are advised to discontinue system access immediately.

2. Prohibited Data Vectors

To ensure systemic security and adhere to robust data minimization architectures, users are strictly prohibited from transmitting, processing, or attempting to force database retention of highly sensitive government-issued identification numbers. This absolute boundary specifically targets:

  • Indian Aadhaar Cards / Identifiers
  • South Korean Resident Registration Numbers (RRN)
  • Japanese Individual Numbers (MyNumber)

Any attempt to seed database fields, payload strings, or tracking files with these specific identifier categories will trigger an automatic isolation and omission protocol by our validation engines.

3. Framework Use and Cadre Responsibilities

Users participating in rural self-reliance modules, tourism indexing models, or enterprise-level trial accounting simulations agree to utilize the engine solely for lawful, authorized purposes. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of any access tokens, cryptographic session components, and user credentials generated under your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property & Linguistic Systems

The systematic layouts, phonetic matrix engines, rendering formulas, and localized configurations (including the underlying Odia, Assamese, Bengali, and Sanskrit array definitions) represent proprietary structural engineering. Modification of system libraries must occur strictly within specified modular configuration vectors.

5. Limitation of Liability

This core computing framework is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture. While we deploy meticulous defenses against injection techniques and malicious cross-site code vectors, we provide no warranties regarding absolute runtime continuity or external DNS modifications conducted by third-party hosting components.

6. Revisions & Structural Upgrades

We maintain the unrestricted right to modify, adapt, or completely upgrade these terms to realign with evolving technological models and institutional policies. All modifications take immediate structural effect upon being committed to this file stack.
